Westlaw is the number one research resource in the legal field. They had recently done a major redesign of their digital search tools to be a lot more user friendly. Not breakthrough in most other areas of technology, but in the legal field, and compared to their competition, it was.

We developed a campaign that showed how the software was more intuitive, friendly, and didn't get in way of how the legal profession liked to work. It was now more human.
